A L'Olivier have designed a miniature replica of the industrial drums that take roughly two hundred litres of extra virgin olive oil. This version contains just three quarters of a litre. This is blended in the workshops from olive oils from the Mediterranean basin

Castelas extra virgin olive oil is cold pressed within 24 hours of harvesting. The oil has a green fruity character. It has a nose of freshly cut grass and green olive fruitiness. On the palate it offers long-lasting flavours of raw artichoke and sweet almonds.
